Warning travel on Intercape bus service

A 12 hours trip from Pretoria to grahamstown took 17 hours. What they do not tell you is when you book a ticket the bus goes via King Williams town, via east London and via via via. And the bus driver just sommer stops along the way on the side of the road and waits 25 mins for some passenger who was late. Surely this is not allowed at all. If you're late and not at the bus pick up point the bus driver is surely not allowed to pick you up anywhere. We are totally dissatisfied with intercape bus travel service. And the passenger behind refused us to put our seats back to sleep. How very selfish of this person. Intercape route number 0212IM. Intercape please investigate this driver for stopping on the road side to wait 25 mins for a late passenger, if he was even a passenger.
