Warning Letter due to a delayed bus

I have always loved taking buses for long distance journeys. Particularly Intercape for it's Christian faith. But at this point I am fuming in rage because I have always found myself in trouble when using the Intercape buses. First time it was for my journey to Cape Town last year, i won't discuss it. Let me discuss what happened this morning.

I bought a bus ticket in Durban coming back to Johannesburg for a ppm bus, the attendants were very unprofessional, we were treated as though we are hobos. They checked our ticket twice inside and 3 times outside while telling us to skip the queue and go inside, when we go inside, the driver takes us out, to an extent that one attendant pushed me and my guy and started speaking vulgar and threatening us. We didn't even have sit numbers, when we finally got in, the bus was full, we had to come out and go to the next bus.

The next bus took us to Pietermaritzburg, where it got stuck for almost two hours, while nobody communicated to us what was happening. Rumours were going about that there was another bus coming from East London and etc.... We were stuck in a bus that was super hot and to mention it, the bus was filthy, really filthy inside, w hith some stench I couldn't bear. We could not go outside cos it was drizzling. The toilet was not working properly as well. There was no apology or explanation whatsoever.

When the other bus came, people were anxious to go in, the bus came pretty late around midnight. Bus attendants failed decimaly to control the passengers, people just pushed in .... Including those without tickets. I lost my phone, and wallet due to that. The bus went on, without a stop (I dont mind) but it arrived later than i had anticipated. I signed my final warning letter due to the Intercape buses. I am truely disappointed and angry for such an experience. It made my trip a disaster.
