Want to baord the next intercape bus.

I got an Sms that the bus is an hour delayed and I got here at 04:00am and they say the bus was here I know very well well that the bus was not here. Usually when the intercape get to the stop they call tje passengers and for some strange reason they didn't. They dnt want me to board the next bus for their fault..
