Violation of Consumer rights by Intercape

No I think even writing this review is giving this bus service so much credit. Since when is booking intercape equal to selecting Big Sky ? From when I left I was crossed for getting into a subservice bus yesterday 17 November 2024 we get shoved into an un road worthy bus I was nearly hit by a lose cover object from the ceiling of the bus women needed a restroom the bus is not fitted with any but during the booking ticket says toilet amenities available. If there's an answer out there because this company is also deaf to people's complaints I'll ask anyway, why is this done to the people you call customers. Usually it's people that hate you but want your money that do this because you're somewhat below class to obtain a respectable service.
