Very very very disappointed ex suppoter. Worst handling of my complaint & service I am beyond crushed and disappointed

I am dissapointed with the service I received from intercape I will never board that bus even if the last on earth. In an hour of disembarking which it left to another stop my hand luggage was lost, the madam who labelled her self as complaints title given told me in no lament terms it was my negligence, I am beyong irritated,angry , fustrated I wish I had foreseen this disaster, I rate the service 0% intercape will never see my support or teferral again. I lost important documents instead of an apology I was referred to being unresponsible, I am a grown woman and that comment bruised an even hurt & crushed me. Thank u intercape for beeing utterly useless & I hopr u sink further in furtute as you lose more business in furture.
