VERY VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES AND BAD SERVICE.

So I booked a bus to Bloemfontein from park station on the 29th June which was supposed to leave at 13:00 and when I got there I was told that the bus has already left while it was still standing there and was refused to go in to board the bus, after that they offered another lady who was supposed to leave with the same bus a space on the 3 o'clock bus saying it was their fault she missed the bus while I was refused entry to the station. And when I lay a complaint a Consultant by the name Siya Sibulawa who was very very rude and disrespectful to me on the line said the bus left me because I went to buy food which is not true and later changed and said I arrived 20 minutes late which is also not true. I was then forced to book another bus with money that I did not have. I am so disappointed and wish people can see how y'all treat your customers.
