Very Very Costumer service

The bus stopped 56km outside Upington. The drivers dis not communicated any information whats going on.

The passengers with connecting bus embarked onto another bus.

Later on it was discovered that bus ran out of diesel. Which was poor planning from the Intercape team. We were stranded for 4 hours.

Two cars came assuming it was the intercape Upington team just to pick up a driver which must go to the border. The Coloured lady was so rude with the 3 remaining passengers. When the breakdown bus was filled with diesel. That Lady suggested we must wait for the back up bus; whom was looking for place to make a U turn. Which never happend. I demand a refund for this inconvenience, which could have been avoided.
