Very Unprofessional Service

I am very angry with Ntombise Sizila who I had an encounter with at the Cape Town Intetcape offices now. She had a bad attitude from talking to one of her colleagues while I was talking to her and when I asked her if she was listening to me she said her face is not facing me but her ears are listening. Secondly, while explaining she stops me and asks me to speak in Xhosa which I think both are rude and very unprofessional. What is she doing there if she cannot communicate with customers appropriately and expects me to speak her language,which I do not speak by the way. After that she walks away from us as i was speakong and we did not get the help we needed. What kind of service is that? I am very angry at this service and it is really disappointing that we have such people giving services to us!
