Very unpleasant trip with Intercape

On Friday 28/01/2020 my wife and baby used the liner to travel to Mozambique and come back in the same day, day trip to go and night trip to retun, bouth trips where very unpleasant, bouth the baby and my wife where sweating the whole trip because of the heat, the bus is equipped with aircon and it was off on bouth trip and there are no windows to open to cooldown.
