Very uncomfortable and unusable

Paid R500 extra for full flexi, definitely a waste of money. There's no room no space at all, there are no assigned seats. If the bus is full when you board and you're with a family member you'll probably be split up just to fit you in the bus. When it's cold they turn the A/C on when it's warm they turn they're heaters on, it's really stupid. I would not pay R5000 for 2 bus tickets ever again, until changes are made to make it worth the ridiculous price.
