Very rude , refused to change distination and refu

I was travelling from Jhb station Olifantshoek on the 1st May 2015 . I called the Cape Town call center in the morning before i could make booking was told that there are 14 seats available and the price was R518 which i also confirmed on the website . When i arrived ad the station i wad told the ticket was R610 which i paid not knowing that she chose Upington as my final destination . After realising that it wrong i went back to ask if she could change it to Olifantshoek which she refused and was told that i shoul let the driver on know when i get onthe bus that I am going to Olifantshoek not Upington and when i asked about my change she refused to give it back .
