Very Rude

On the 1st of Jan 2016 I had the most appalling service ever Your consultant by the Name of Rosalina Pequenina Jose she was very rude to me her and her colleague by the name of Silvia who I had to ask a customer for her name because she refused to give it to me I called your complaints department I spoke to Pat Pokolo she said she would get back to me which she didn't I asked for a manager they refused to let me speak to her my day was completely ruined i would just like a refund and go else where please by the way apparently this complaint means nothing they're jobs are safe so I'm wasting my time according to them
