Very poor service from intercape bus.from bomb to jhb

Poor service from this bus. I was teavelling with a child and struggled to gind a seat. I had to beg the driver to help me. When I got there in the bus after I found a seat the roof was leaking and my seat was wet I had to travel with a wet seat # superfraustrated.
