Very poor service and rude drivers

On September 29th at 16:20, I boarded a mainliner bus in Butterworth, expecting a comfortable journey after a busy weekend. The ticket was relatively expensive, but I wanted to ensure a pleasant ride. The bus traveled to East London, then to King Williams Town. Shortly after leaving King Williams Town, the driver announced an issue with the bus and said a technician would be called. We waited for a bit, but then the bus continued, only to stop again a few minutes later.

After three hours stuck in the middle of nowhere, a replacement bus finally arrived. To my dismay, it was a budget liner, not the mainliner I had paid for. No one explained this change, and we had to board without any apologies. We traveled all night and into the next day, arriving at Cape Town station at 14:30.

To make matters worse, the second driver kept us waiting in Bellville while he flirted with a passenger, even helping her with her suitcase and taking her phone number. This was unprofessional and disrespectful to the rest of us.

I paid R1240 for the mainliner service but received a budget liner instead, arriving much later than expected. I am requesting a refund because I did not receive the service I paid for.
