VERY POOR SERVICE AND DISGUSTING SERVICE

Good day ,this is my third or forth message I am writing to you guys ,I am so disappointed , I have requested assistant regarding Intercape bus ,ever since I reported the problem as of April till today they have never ever responded to me ever since no call no e-mail no nothing these people are talking us for granted because we are this nation ? before when Intercape was use by other nation this terrible service service we were given .I would like to know what is their problem ,they don't care about customer service ,it's been 4 MONTHS THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING ,AND THIS IS DISGUSTING.
