Very poor service

I never have been so ****ed in my life, before the bus left, while it was still loading, I started smelling a very strong poo poo from the toilet and nothing was done about that. It smelled till the bus got full and left smelling. All the way from Joburg to Durban like that. I'm not taking intercape again
