very poor service

very very poor service did not get my alocated seats and coul not sit next to my partner even tho we had seats next to each other that was taken and the man that alocated the seats just said there is nothing he can do about it even tho he could tell them to sit on there alocated seats and he was very unplesant i would NEVER recommend enyone to take the intercape bus if i could give 0 starts i would
