Very dissapointed by Intercape

I and my sister have a problem with Intercape, we bought 2 return tickets that is going to Eastern Cape(Tsomo town). We've been in the station from 14H00 and the bus were suppose to be there at least by 14H30. Then we tried to make a call at 15H00, we even tried to text them on WhatsApp. They said the bus doesn't stop in Tsomo and Cofimvaba, meaning we must go to Queenstown. We tried to hire another car to Queenstown, Now as I write this review we are here in Queenstown they say they can only help us tomorrow. Keep in mind we don't have money to go back in Tsomo, and the office is about to close
