Very Disappointing and disgusting, unfortunately

The bus arrived at the pickup point (Midrand) on time and departed on time. Great. M But, when we arrived in Pretoria, those who had boarded in Midrand were asked to get off and go check in at the PTA office. Without being checked in we were told to return to the bus with all our luggage again so that the driver can check us in himself. This could have been done in Midrand as we were boarding. Returning into the bus, people had switched chairs. I couldn't find two open seats for my Yong child and I, and a kind lady offered to switch so my child could be comfortable. This would have been avoided too had we not been removed from the bus in the first place. The stench of urine throughout the bus was a thing nightmares are made from. I haven't even reached my destination but I can't wait to get out. I think the bus from Midrand to Polokwane should really be minded better and check ins done so that passengers are not inconvenienced, made to move up and down with luggage unnecessarily. It was that much worse because I'm travelling with a child. I always use a different bus I thought to try Intercape, I regretted it from the moment I stepped in and all I could smell was urine.
