Very disappointed ☹️

The bus was delayed with more than an hour no notification was issued and no sms to inform us of the delay they charge you for luggage and they leave you behind if you don’t have money to pay for it whereas you have paid for ticket and we all know that when traveling you travel with bags. To top it all of today the bus from Umtata to Cape Town was full on mosquito yet they still charge you for bags and leave you behind when you cannot pay for R54 for bags but you have paid R1020 for the ticket what poor service very disappointing and angering
