Very disappointed

Worst experience ever. We're travelling from Cape Town to Pretoria with bus number 243. Firstly there are so many ****roaches which is disgusting, they need to fumigate their buses. Secondly, the issue with aircon. The driver started by freezing us and when we knocked at the door he didn't respond and his response was he was wearing headsets listening to music of which I don't think it's acceptable. We had to call the call centre to speak to him and he fixed that.

Few minutes after, he switched the aircon off completely and we were suffocating, struggling to breathe 😭, even kids were complaining. We asked him when we took a break to monitor that and he promised to do so but he didn't. We arrived in our destination feeling dizzy because of the heat.

Can the managers speak to their drivers please.
