Very Bad timing and risky

I had booked for my elderly parebts to travel to Durban with Intercape on 23 November 2025. They were scheduled to reach at 17:50 but the bus broke down due to clutch and brakes problems. How is it that the driver did not know the bus had a problem? My parents reached their destination 3 hours later. Unacceptable and extremely negligent. This information was conveyed by the driver. Clearly the bus was not maintained, serviced or well kept.
