Very BAD service

<p>It was my first time using intercape and i really regret it! Yesterday i used the bus from Pretoria to Nelspruit and the bus got stuck and the driver told us nothing, we got switched to a CITY TO CITY bus.Now its the second day and i have to return to Pretoria have been in the intercape offices from 11:45 as the bus was supposed to leave at 11:30 to my suprise its 19:12 and we still waiting for the bus to come take us to Pretoria.What a bad service thanks to Peggy who is compromising her time with her family to assist us.</p>
