Utterly disgusted!

I’m currently on bus 618 to Queenstown. We have been sitting here, at the Engen in Kroonvaal, since 21:30 supposedly waiting for a bus that broke down in Witbank. The time is now 00:41, we’ve been here for 3 hours!! At what point will the company prioritise its customers?! I’m sure another bus could have been deployed for the one that broke down instead of making your passengers suffer!! The driver has not said a single word since he told us we are waiting for another bus, he didn’t even bother to explain the situation to the people, we found out from one of the passengers that we are waiting for a bus that has not even left Pretoria!
