Useless service

Intercape is pathetic and useless! Customer service does not exist and are best at giving you incorrect information. When the staff make a mistake the supervisor makes it seem as if it’s your fault. I missed my bus because the drivers did not know what they were doing!!!!! I spoke to the supervisor Dominique who was rude and imp**** that I didn’t know how to use their services even though the drivers gave me the wrong information. I was left stranded. Without a refund or assistance to change my linked ticket because you sit over an hour waiting for an agent to answer damn phone. I got nowhere on what’s app and emails were useless!!!!! Guys… if yourll tired of yourlls jobs… please find something less of your competency!
