Useless bus service

Apparently the driver forgot to stop at our pick up point and when we called the office they took us from pillar to post, when we called the 2nd time ,they told us to wait for 5hours for another shift , imagine forgetting your customers.Intercape doesn't deserve even half a star , they are by far the worst with poorest customer service.
