Use of Old Buses that breakdown

On the 01 June 2015, i waited an hour for Intercape bus which eventually arrived and customer care told us that the bus delayed because it broke down and they called a mechanic to fix it, which i would like to disagree or the mechanic didnt do his/her Job,because when we few kilometers away from the Huguenot tunnel near Worcester,the bus broke down again, and they call the mechanic again until we demanded that they bring us another bus thats in good condition to travel, instead they brought us an Old Bus after four hours.We then boarded that Old Bus they sent us at 23:00 then at roughly around 13:00( according to them was in good condition to travel) and on the 02 June 2015, the bus which was the replacement bus also broke down as well so we had to wait 3hours for another bus and ended up arriving in Johannesburg at 18:30 this evening. I find this disgusting and unprofessional please please kindly do something about this.
