Urgent, Shoprite gave wrong ticket

?Dear Intercape, I purchased a ticket today to leave capetown tomorrow to arrive in JHB Wednesday just to realize wen I got home that the consultant made an error with the dates nd ticket they gv was for today. This is unacceptable I hv to be in jhb Wednesday morning and I'm a regular client that travels like twice a month with Intercape. I wuld like my ticket to be rectified with immediate effect so I can use it wen I get to bus tomorrow. <br> <br> My ticket number is ?***mk021
