Unsafe, undependable, unaffordable!!

<p>Everytime me or my girlfriend have to climb upon the bus we ask each other what will happen this time? There is no greyhound from upington to capetown, so intercape has total monopoly and therefore they are mistreating customers. The busdriver are driving off the road frequently, so its not safe. The bus is ALWAYS late and once even broken down before Garies, hungry and thirsty people had to wait 8 HOURS FOR ANOTHER BUS OUT OF CAPETOWN!! So its not dependable!! And since they have monopoly we have to pay R1100 for return tickets every time!!! So its not affordable! Worst service ever! Rather paddle a kayak before climbing on that substandard bus service again</p>
