Unsafe and poor service

Intercape bus, poor service and UNSAFE.... bus was 20 minutes late to arrive at pick up point, along the way the trailor lost a tyre wich resulted in being late and missing the next bus, then there were conflict at the bloemfontein centre, because they wanted us to buy a new ticket saying its our fault we are late which i refused to do, we ended up in a taxi taking us to reddersburg to catch the bus, driver not very polite moaning about how he had to wait for us... then on route from Queenstown to PE the bus broke down, hau****ics gave in, we were suppose to be in Humansdorp at 21h00 its now 00:30 and we still have an hours drive, uber was waiting for us to take us to the guesthouse.... dont even know if we can still check in at this hour and its already paid. These drivers are risking others peoples lives by not doing proper maintanance on the busses.. very dissapointing.
