Unsafe and not dependable bus ever

<p>Why has Intercape lowered its service standard? ***** on top of it all. that bus service is not safe and I could never ever depend on it. two buses were going to Harare, the 3rd of January 2017, the buses left Johannesburg at the same time, one of it broke down on the way to Masvingo. The drivers had told us to sit anywhere we had wanted and this caused a bit of conflict amongst passangers. the drivers were speeding, overtaking two long vehicles at once, like they weren't concerned about the safety of thier passangers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunately for me, I had purchased a return ticket for the 7th of January. I was not prepared for the bus to break down on us after we had spent 12 hours at the border. we were supposed to have arrived in Pretoria at 6:30 am , after having left Harare at 13:00 pm, but we ended arriving at Bosman station at 22:30 pm.</p> <p> </p> <p>what should we pay Intercape so much money when buses like Citiliner, Intercity provide much of a better service than Intercape, and with reasonable fees? </p> <p> </p> <p>Intercape is taking its customers for granted and nobody from Intercape management is doing anything about it .. </p>
