Unreliable Transport

I have been waiting for an hour already in Knysna Waterfront and Intercape did not even send communication to advise on further delay for my bus to Cape Town. Only sms received advised of 30 minutes delay, meaning by 2:45am the bus should have arrived because my departure was 2:15am. It's 3:23 now and I'm told the bus is an hour away from my departure point, meaning it will arrive after 4am, and that is almost 2 hours late coming without any further advice, I'm all alone here and it's dangerous. This is totally unacceptable, it poses danger to human life
