Please help me find my suitcase that was taken in the Intercape courrier services. On 1st of April I went to Intercape buses because I wanted to send some parcels to Mthatha from Cape Town and I did with the help of one of their staff member Waheed.

On 6th April my sister in Mthatha went to fetch the suitcases and asked me why they are 4 where is the 5th item and I told her that I sent 5 items. I immediately sent an email to Intercape to inform them of my missing stuff same day. On th 7th in the morning I received a call from them saying they are doing the investigation in the afternoon I received an email stating that , when the goods get lost it's not Intercape problem.

To my findings when I asked Mthatha office if how many items did they receive they confirmed it was 4 items and I also asked the Cape Town office if how many items sent out, they also confirmed it was only 4 items. Meaning that my suitcase didn't even move.
