UNRELIABLE INTERCAPE BUSES

The intercape bus service is really getting pathetic. It has become a huge risk for people that must be in time for meetings, interlink and be in time for work. This service is not at all reliable and a new bus service is needed. 90% of my trips is always delayed. This will be our last time travelling with this service. Time to move on. Delayed buses is really pathetic. Stop chasing money with these break down buses, and work on your reliability. Extremely POOR.
