Unreliable bus servise

I bought a ticket for my Brother ( bought it in Jhb). He was travelling from Qumbu to JhB on the 30th June..

To say iam dissapointed at your service is an understatement. ..His phone froze and He couldnt provide the ticket number and was not let in,the bus left him there …(not forgeting his safety being compromised )… i have been using this bus for sometime and i know for a that you have a record of each passenger and i believe this could have been checked and it wasnt ,instead He was left there stranded and we had to make other means for Him to get to JHB…

I am really appalled at your service, i need a refund for this Ticket ref ***xE561
