Unreliable and ******** - would not recommend!

I booked a bus from Welkom to Stellenbosch and they cancelled that booking few days before the date of departure. I requested a refund - they told me it will take 2 weeks to process. I was kind enough to allow that, despite the inconvenience it caused. Two weeks later, I make a follow up - one of their agents tells me the refund has been paid and I must check my statement. Additionally, they send me a made up proof of transaction that supposedly took place on 25 February 2022. I then request my bank statement from the bank and send it as proof that no transaction took place. After I send the proof they say the money will processed for EFT the following day. I checked and there is no record of such transaction. I went to the SAPS to report the matter and open a ******** case. There, I was advised to seek legal assistance, which I am currently doing.

They took my money under a pretext that I am booking a bus, then they cancel that booking and refuse to refund me my own money. Be careful of the professional **** they are running there - bunch of *********.

I am going to get my money back - one way or another.
