Unreliable and bad services

It is the second time travelling with Intercape Bus from Kimberley to Durban. The bus would depart @ 16:20 in Kimberley and arrived at almost 18:20 in Bloemfontein. The first time we had to wait for almost 2 hours without anyone informing us about the delay. Today we are stuck in Bloem for two hours only after that two hours we were told that we are waiting for the mechanic to fix the Aircon fan belt. We are still stuck , there is no mechanic attending our problem. Their service is very poor
