Unproffessional (ripping us off)

<p>I booked a bus with intercape that was suppose to leave at 11 pm. when i got to the station the bus was not there. naturally i called their call centre to ask whether the bus delayed or what. i was told the bus had already left and i was left behind. I assume the bus was early then it picked up who ever was there and left. They did not bother calling to ask where was i, yet we left 2 numbers so they can contact us. worse they ssay they cant help me. so this company is clearly eating our hard earned money but they are not delivering on the services they promised. their was no apology afford yet they pride themselves in being a chriastian based company. i am truly ashamed. i wouldnt reccomend this bus to anyone. </p>
