Unprofessionalism of intercape buses

We are currently on bus 115 our bus is currently stuck at Heidelberg mall in bus 115 that doesn’t even have water to flush the toilet and now our bus has broke down and when we call customer care we are told stories instead of them dispatching another bus we’re told we should have a mechanic on board and there’s none and mind you our bus was an hour late to durban. This is profusely unprofessional.
