Unprofessional woman at Bloemfontein branch

<p>i went to enquire about a bus price. Then there was a shortage of staff I assumed as only one guy was helping about 5-6 people. There was a lady sitting right at the front desk on a personal call . I asked her if she intends to assist us after her personal call, she said no she's on lunch. </p> <p> </p> <p>She doesnt bother to even hang up the call proceeds and chats away. Her rudeness was what caught me off guard because if she was truely on lunch she should be away from front desk. This was unacceptable and I will be excellatingf this further with head office. </p>
