Unprofessional service

Was asking for directions at the Johannesburg offices and then guy on duty decided to ignore me. I am very disappointed with the service he provided until his colleague pitched. She managed to assist me. I ask the lady why is he not responding to me she indicated that it's because he has a closed sign at his window. He really is taking the brand name down and doesn't deserve to be their face of the company. If he doesn't want to work with people I am suggesting that he be moved away from clients. The incident happened today 28th February 2020 around about 13:00
