Unprofessional Customer Service Staff and poor service from Internal Complaints department

Unprofessional Customer Service Staff and poor service from Internal Complaints department. I lodge a complaint on the 3rd October 2025 my issue has not been attended till today. It has financial implication. Lameez Abrahams brooked me a wrong bus and I was specific to her about the route I did not want take due to my personal reasons and she did the opposite of what I asked her to do. I want a refund because I had to pay extra because of carelessness.
