1) One incident, it was over priced because it was the Easter weekend and it was on demand, and on top of that, was 2hours late, got to work late and not compensated anyhow.

2) Was meant to catch a 10pm bus from pmb to JHB. Checked in earlier than departure time, went to the car to fetch bags, then saw bus driving by, went in to ask if that was my bus they laughed and said "Yes where were you?" I said in the car but I kept my eye for the bus and they said it was parked a bit further than on its spot in front of the office. So yes I was at fault for not being on the waiting spot to see the bus when it arrived, but then I asked them to stop it because it was just around the corner, they said they couldn't, so we drove after it trying to stop it, I thought it would have stopped if they called because they knew we checked in early. We drove past a couple of robots begging it to stop until we had to turn on the highway. Fine I understand if the rules are for the bus to only stop at its stops and I respect that but as a person who checked in earlier and explained the problem I expected some remorse from the attendents at the office and instead they laughed and didn't even try to make a call to stop the bus when it was early. After that we called the call centre, they said they can see that we have already checked in and there's nothing they can do on their side, so we must go and ask for stand by on the next bus. We went back into the office, they managed to call the driver from East London to PMB to check for space but THEY COULDN'T CALL OUR BUS DRIVER! TO TOP IT OFF, the guys in the office were playing house music out loud, dancing, having a joll while we were in trouble. Anyways, paid an extra 350 for the two tickets on stand by for a bus that was supposed to arrive at 00:30, waited by the office until they closed so had to wait outside. the bus only arrived at 3am, drivers were not apologising, and it took another hour to move because they were still swaping the trailors of the buses. I was so stressed because I had to be in JHB at a certain time the next day, didn't get the service worth the second pay even and it was not the first time! Why do they take our cellphone numbers if they are not going to call us if the bus is late or if it's leaving? It has given me the worst bus experience and it'seither they lower their prices to match the service/ sell their old buses for newer ones in better conditions, teach their staff members to be professional and compensate their customers for the dealys, like GREYHOUND does.
