Unhappy service

would like to express my unhappiness and disatisfaction with regards to the bus service offered. I booked a bus for 9:30am (7July 2024). When boarding, we were told to enter some brown bus with no toilets. People were complaining saying this was not the bus they paid for. Such complaints included myself. We were fooled because the bus ticket did not mention this bus we took. I have trusted this company for so many years with my family. Untill today. I was disappointed as i was fooled into booking this bus with the last money i had.
