Unhappy passenger

Booked this bus and was supposed to travel at 11:50, but the bus was an hour late and there was no communication from them. Then we got stuck because there is a leak on the upper deck due to the aircon, still they were not communicating nor apologizing for the inconvenience coursed. We just have to wait for their head office to inform them what to do next. I’m truly not happy with their service.
