Unhappy Intercape customer

My wife took a bus from Margate to Jhb. They had to change the bus in Durban as the feaces was coming out the toilet so full was it. When they changed busses the driver transferred everybody's personal items of which her charger was missing. When asking the driver he became rude to her. Just past Villiers they got a puncture and she can't talk to me properly as her battery by this time is almost flat. Again the driver is rude and inattentive. I called the customer care to ask for assistance and the lady was very rude, even when I asked her her name she refused to give it. Please everyone do not use this bus service as they do not care about their passengers whom is your family member. We trust them with our loved ones and they just don't care
