Unhappy Customer

Booked a bus that was supposed to leave Butterworth at 16:15. We stood by The stop for hours before we were put in a bus to queenstown only for us to stand there for hours before the bus arrived. We only left Queenstown at 21:00. No communication as to what is the delay.
