Unhappy customer

Dear Sir /Madam

I see that the bus is arriving @ 19h30 tonight, but you only booked me a ticket for tomorrow morning from PE @07h10 to Uitenhage? That is not acceptable 😑, where should I stay in PE, since the ticket is only made out. I cannot waste a 2nd day, because of your neglegence. I have to catch a flight. I called you office, they are still calling me back. I used up all my airtime, that I bought, keeping customers long on the phone and don't call back.
