Unhappy

Myself and my friend traveled from Port Elizabeth to Bloemfontein, the trip there was great its just the Sunday the 1st of February. We were travelling the night, when the bus got there we were told we would not be getting our seats we had booked. We specificly booked 2weeks in advance so we could get the front seats but were told sorry due to some issue the conductor coudnt keep our seats so we were put to the back of the bus. We then found out the story, the had met the bus half way, the people on the bus were not sleeperline and so their seats are not reserved. There were only about 10 of us who were actually for this bus and I dont understand why our seats couldnt have been kept.
