Disappointed that you cannot refund a person, I bought a ticket on 23-02-2023 for my sister, she was to departure later on the day but due to unforeseen circumstances she couldn’t, when I called to cancel, they said I need to cancel 24 hour prior, how would I do that when I had bought the ticket 8 hours before the departure time?????
